Materials Used to Contruct Your Glass Desk

Glass computer desks are created from the following materials: steel support frames, tempered glass, separate shelving units for your monitor and printer, and a retractable tray for your keyboard.

A typical glass desk can support up to 110 pounds (50 kg) on its tabletop. The shelves can typically support up to 55 pounds (25 kg). There are heavier duty models available if you need to support more weight. You also don't have to worry about the desk cracking or breaking as it has pressure and vibration tested during the manufacturing process.
